Recently we have had several checks that our patrons have received and deposited in their bank without endorsing the check. Our bank has rejected those checks because there is no endorsement on the back of the check or the endorsement on the back of the check does not match the payee on the front of the check. The transaction has nothing to do with insufficient funds on behalf of the Coop. Please be sure to endorse any check you receive from us and make sure that the endorsement matches the payee on the check to avoid any delays in funding the check. Our Petroleum Station credit card upgrade is now complete! Our new card readers are now up and running at both our Ruth and Pigeon locations between the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The process is still the same: swipe your card, enter the pump number and begin fueling. If you would like a receipt for your credit card or coop fuel card transaction, hang up the fuel nozzle after fueling and re-swipe your card. If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to ask. We appreciate your patience during this process and thank you for your patronage.
The patronage percentage rates for the 1/31/10 fiscal year have been finalized. Marketing percentage rate is 6.7989%. Farm supply percentage rate is 1.3894% Patronage dividend checks will be issued September 30, 2010 for business done during the 1/31/10 fiscal year. Please look under the forms and procedures tab above to find a patronage dividend example spreadsheet. There are two tabs. One for marketing and one for farm supply.
