John Schaaf
Office Specialist

“Cooperative Elevator Co. has always been a reputable company with a competitive wage and benefits package.  The company has a genuine concern for the health and safety of its employees.  Working for this company for nearly 30 years has given me the opportunity to work in a team atmosphere with both fellow employees and the farming community.”

Brandon Herzog
Safety Coordinator

“My experience working with Cooperative Elevator Co., collectively for 7 years, has been nothing short of excellent.  Working alongside the greatest professionals agriculture has to offer, caters to having a great sense of pride in my work and also a satisfaction of knowing the Co-op delivers the best product possible to ensure our growers get the most of their season.  The administration’s commitment to safety and the family atmosphere at Cooperative Elevator Co. lends to an excellent work environment.”

Kristin Emming
Staff Accountant

“Cooperative Elevator Co. has truly been a great place for me to utilize my skills as an accountant, since I began here 9 years ago.  The daily tasks I perform, along with the analysis projects and patronage aspects have been a rewarding challenge, and have taught me so much more about the company as a whole.  We have great patrons who care deeply about their Co-op, and I feel the true reward is being able to provide our patrons with quality services and excellent customer support.  Whether that be directly through the patronage dividends, or indirectly by the accounting department’s analysis accomplishments and routine tasks.”

Evan Medvec
Summer Intern

“The experience and knowledge I have gained from my Internship with Cooperative Elevator Co. is something that will stay with me for the rest of my life.  Working with a professional and friendly agronomy team has given me a knowledge of agriculture that I could not have attained elsewhere.  Learning to identify and manage diseases, pests, and weeds was an exciting experience, thanks to the knowledgeable and supportive staff at Cooperative Elevator Co. I have mastered skills which I had little to no experience with previous to my internship.  I am truly happy for all the great opportunities that Cooperative Elevator Co. has provided me.”
